What is the role of UPDEV ?
UPDEV's main activity is to design and develop applications to solve community problems. UPDEV's head office is located in Goma in the Democratic Republic of Congo, where its workspace is open to developers and designers who wish to make their intellectual contribution to improving the quality of work.
Our quest to promote digital technology in DRC, in Africa, involves several types of people in different ways: The community via the various meetups and conferences that we organize, young people in general via competitions and hackathons, developers by offering them a workspace, companies in designing apps for them.
